Deeper learning and practical skill building is central to the work we do.  Our workshops and training sessions focus on racial equity, antiracism, anti-Black racism, culturally responsive teaching practices, culturally responsive leadership, responding to racist and hateful events, and strategies for creating an inclusive classroom environment. Through interactive sessions and ongoing support, we equip educators with the tools they need to challenge biases, promote equity, and support not just Black students but all students effectively.

Student Voice
Opportunities

Empowering students to share their experiences and perspectives is central to our mission. We provide platforms for Black students to voice their needs, concerns, and aspirations through structured forums, advocacy groups, and leadership opportunities. By amplifying student voices, we ensure that their experiences inform policy changes and educational practices, creating a more responsive and supportive school environment.

Community
Supports

Addressing anti-Black racism in schools requires a collaborative effort that extends beyond the classroom. Our community support services connect families, local organizations, and schools to create a network of support. We offer resources, workshops, and consultation services to help communities address racism, build strong partnerships, and advocate for systemic change. By working together, we can strengthen our collective impact and drive meaningful progress.

Each of our services is designed to contribute to a more just and equitable educational system, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive in an environment free from discrimination and bias. Join us in our mission to transform schools and communities, one action at a time.
